è un quadrante di Claudio,    ne metto uno per confronto

Esatto, come ti ha già detto @profausto si tratta di un quadrante dell'imperatore romano Claudio (41-54 d.C.). Eccone la classificazione:

Quadrante in bronzo, secca di Roma, coniato nel 42 d.C.

D/ TI CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG.  Modio a tre gambe.

R/ IMP P P COS II PON M TR P. Al centro, SC.
