Mi sembra un sesterzio di Filippo II ma non riesco nei cataloghi e su internet a trovare la figura sul fronte corrispondente.

Salve, una mano? Con molto piacere, ma non per Filippo II. Credo si tratti piuttosto di un altro Cesare:

Erennio Etrusco, Cesare sotto Traiano Decio, AD 250-251:


Herennius Etruscus AE Sestertius. Q HER ETR MES DECIVS NOB C, bare-headed draped bust right / PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS S-C, Herennius standing left, holding rod and spear. RIC 171a, Cohen 28.
