Sul dritto la testa velata di Massimiano a destra e la legenda DIVO MAXIMIANO SEN FORT IMP. Sul rovescio un'aquila e MEMORIAE AETERNAE. La zecca è Roma, RP mi sembra. Classificazione RIC VII, 110.
