ciao, Alessandro Severo per Caesarea in Capaddocia (il busto dovrebbe essere radiato?) 

Forse l’anno uno del regno (ET A) piuttosto che il quarto anno, ΕΤ Δ, con  rovescio un pò diverso, ovvero 222 d.C.
