Una domanda interessante. Qui, per divertimento, sono alcune delle monetazione circolanti 1900-1999 che trovo più attraente—nessun colonie—e periodi durante i quali ci sono (a mio parere molto soggettivo) monete "interdittive". (Vale a dire, le monete che mi fanno andare "yikes", o peggio, "bleah". A piccolo "hmm," OK.)

(That is, coins that make me go “yikes,” or worse, “yuck.” A small "hmm" is okay.)

Look at the dates and see how tightly they’re drawn. There are some real tough calls there.

 

Why, for instance, is it “Ireland 1939-65?” I mean, the Irish “Barnyard” coins are famously popular, so they shouldn’t be a big surprise. But why not 1928 (when the series began) through 1969 (when the series ended)?

 

And why is it Italia 1914-21, 1946-64? You tell me.

 

And so with all the others. There’s some fun there, in amongst all those dates—you asked the question, take some time and enjoy an earnest answer.
