profausto 4,372 Posted March 1, 2018 Report Share #2 Posted March 1, 2018 (edited) Non si legge bene, le immagini sono brutte, comunque mi pare di leggere Fl Iul Constantius Nob C. - Providen - tiae Caess e la zecca è Cyzikus forse officina 1 Constantius II, AE3, c.325-326, Cyzicus, Officina 1 FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust left PROVIDEN_TIAE CAESS Campgate with six rows, two turrets, no doors, star above, top and bottom rows empty blocks MKA . in exergue 19mm x 20mm, 2.84g RIC VII, -- (cf. RIC 38 for same with exergual mark SMKA .) Ex Keith Metzer Collection, October 2003 Note: Although MKx is a valid exergual mark for coins in RIC VI, the period RIC VII covers does not list a series without S in the exergue. It is entirely feasible the S is missing from a filled die, but there is no ghost of a letter and I'm listing it as MKA in the event another example surfaces with the same mark.
