Cambio en las condiciones de Subasta // Changes in Auction Terms

Estimado cliente,

Desde 2007 nos hemos esforzado por mantener los gastos de subasta en el 18%. En todo este tiempo hemos intentado mejorar nuestro trabajo, manteniendo la calidad de las imágenes y aumentando su cantidad hasta ilustrar todos los lotes en venta, añadiendo vídeos de cada pieza cuando nos ha parecido conveniente, mejorando la accesibilidad y manejabilidad de nuestro sitio web, e introduciendo, en resumen, todos los avances que pudieran hacer más fácil y agradable la experiencia de participar en nuestras subastas.

Ahora debemos anunciar que nos vemos forzados a subir el recargo por costes e impuestos del 18% al 20% del total adjudicado. Creemos que esta pequeña diferencia no reducirá su disposición, y en cambio nos permitirá hacer frente al incesante aumento de los gastos.

Since 2007 we have strived to keep auction fees at 18%. In all this time, we have tried to improve our work, maintaining the quality of the images and increasing their quantity to illustrate all the lots for sale, adding videos of each piece when we have deemed it appropriate, improving the accessibility and usability of our website, and introducing, in short, all the advances that could make the experience of participating in our auctions easier and more enjoyable.

We must now announce that we are forced to increase the buyer's premium for costs and taxes from 18% to 20% of the total awarded. We believe that this small difference will not reduce your willingness, and instead will allow us to cope with the incessant increase in expenses.
