I agree that the face of the bull seems too detailed, but I am not confident in detecting fakes. This looks crystallized to me and I do not know if there is a manner for crystallization to be replicated for fakes. 

I looked at the Buceti reference you mentioned now (also in Hoover Handbook as HGC 2 658), and it could be. I cannot say though as there are many Nymph-Female / Bull bronze coins and they may not look like their silver counterpart, as the smaller mints often seem to employ a better engraver for their silver. There are some bronzes of Alontion such as Campana 7 which also could be similar.

I possibly see ΣI on the legend, and maybe even a K after - but not confident.

Si,skubydu,purtroppo non sono capace a postare,trovo molte corrispondenze stilistiche e nulla toglie che anche la moneta in oggetto possa essere estemporanea e non attribuibile se non a qualche gruppo mercenario anche per lo stile rozzo tipico

ribadisco, la moneta non è stata incisa. 
è una moneta di 10 mm, cristallizza ed annerita con sbeccature, proprio per la struttura del metallo. 
solo che la tocchi la frantumi. 
quei segni dietro al collo per me sono imputabili all usura. 

Relativamente al discorso mercenario, potrebbe essere, anche se normalmente coniavano bronzo.

potrebbe essere un inedito, con molti dubbi su Imachara.

I think we will have to wait/hope another specimen is released with a more legible legend, but there definitely seems to be a legend compared to the bronze issue from Kimissa having no legend.

As well as Skuby mentioned mostly bronzes were issued during this period, I believe that more generally the chance of production of a silver litra goes down sharply after Timoleon. If accepted to have the triple-pendant earring, this seem to me stylistically to be around the "Time of the Signing Artists" 415-405 in Syracuse. Agathocles also used the triple-pendant earring, but without the Arethusa wearing a sphendone.
