In effetti non è semplice come classificazione, sicuramente non è medievale e dubito che sia una croce latina. Al rovescio mi pare di intravedere un tripode, invece sposterei le ricerche tra le emissioni dell'Asia Minore tipo questo bronzo di Comana (I secolo circa)
