Apparently not. :) I thought, given the context of Saturno's explanation in post #7 of the pleasure he found in searching the bowls (in the American coin hobby, often called "junkboxes"), that you were saying that Saturno had captured very well (in a "Manifesto") the pure fun that so many of us have in that activity.

Google didn't translate "ciotolaro" for me, so I'm afraid I assumed--always a dangerous thing(!)--that it meant something like "the searching of, or looking through, or 'poking' through bowls." So I thought you were praising Saturno's "Manifesto of the Bowls," and wanted to second that thought.

I guess I didn't get that done. ;)

I hope I just said something stupid, and not offensive. But if I have given offense, I do apologize most sincerely.

Ciotola=bowl or junkbox as per your slang.

Ciotolaro (male) or ciotolara (female)=who searches, or better harvests :pleasantry: , for interesting coins in a bowl.

It's a slang / dialectal word in Italian, I guess more spoken in Central-Southern Italy.
