Penso si possa trattare di un bronzo della regione della Cilicia, zecca di Tarsos, durante il regno di Antioco IV di Siria (175-164 a.C.) .

Obv. Club in oak wreath.
Rev. ANTIOXEΩN TΩN ΠPOΣ TΩ KYΔNO, caduceus; monogram in left, ΘЄ in right field.
SNG Levante 915; SNG BN 1280.
Dark, glossy patina. Good very fine.
Tarsos was renamed Antiocheia ad Kydnum under Antiochos IV Epiphanes.
