Arabic script on coin from Demak sultanate

I'd like to get the correct Arabic script of this coin (Sultanate of Demak):

Around the net, I only found the latin transcript "Sultan Pungeran al-adil".

I can clearly read the first line, "سلطان" (sultan) but my Arabic skills are too low to decipher the remaining parts.

Can somebody help me?
