OK, forse si fa...

c'è una K quindi è un mezzo follis...

ci sono due figure al dritto e una S sotto la K … quindi dovrebbe essere Giustino II con Sofia, zecca di Cartagine

Ritengo però che, dall'anno (XI) che si intravede a destra del R,  sia piuttosto questa (zecca di Tessalonica):

Justin II. 565-578. Æ Half Follis (18mm, 4.32 g, 5h). Thessalonica mint. Dated RY 11 (575/6). Justin and Sophia seated facing on double throne, holding globus cruciger and cruciform scepter, respectively / Large K; cross above, date across field; TЄS. DOC 82; MIB 70a; SB 366.
