penso si tratti di questa, la RIC 187. Ce ne sono due tipi ma propenderei per la prima, la sesta emissione di Roma. In effetti, tra R e  non si vede bene, ma non mi sembra che ci sia un V come nella settima emissione. Prova magari a fare una foto più a fuoco del rovescio.
