Diam. mm19, mistura, molto sottile.

Purtroppo oltre quanto si legge sulla moneta non altro da dire.

ciao,

dovrebbe essere un grosso coniato a Siena tra il 1279 e il 1350.

D +SENA VETUS/ nel campo una: S;

R +. ALFA ED O / nel campo: Croce patente.
