buonasera a tutti, potrebbe essere una spilla o cimice da bavero della ditta SOCIETA' PIEMONTESE AUTOMOBILI poi diventata FIAT.

Sì, è il distintivo da bavero che riproduce il logo della SPA, Società Piemontese Automobili della Ansaldi, attiva dal 1906 al 1947, che produsse anche molti mezzi per l'Esercito Italiano tra cui la camionetta denominata "Dovunque".
