Sembrerebbe la classica unione di un falsario per unire un dritto ed un rovescio ottenuti per calco separatamente, vista la condizione della moneta potrebbe essere opera di un falsario d'epoca.

che due tondelli si siano sovrapposti accidentalmente durante il conio credo sia un ipotesi assai improbabile.
